Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup non fat milk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425ºF.
- Combine flour, baking powder and sugar. Cut in butter. Stir in mashed potatoes.
- Gradually add milk to form dough.
- Roll or pat dough to 1/2 inch thickness on floured surface.
- Cut with a biscuit cutter.
- Place biscuits onto greased baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
