Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425ºF.
  2. Combine flour, baking powder and sugar. Cut in butter. Stir in mashed potatoes.
  3. Gradually add milk to form dough.
  4. Roll or pat dough to 1/2 inch thickness on floured surface.
  5. Cut with a biscuit cutter.
  6. Place biscuits onto greased baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
