  • Includes serving size and an ingredient list with amounts.
  • Instructions are written in simple, easy to follow terms.
  • Contains nine ingredients or fewer. This includes all ingredients, except seasonings, spices, and water.
  • Only includes commonly found ingredients.
  • Requires zero or few electric kitchen tools. (e.g. blender, hand mixer, food processor)
Our nutrition criteria for recipe submissions follow the 2015 Dietary Guidelines for food groups, saturated and trans fat, added sugar and sodium.
