Pasta and Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, chopped into small florets
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pound pasta
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
- Cook pasta according to directions on box.
- Meanwhile, cook cauliflower in boiling water until tender, then drain.
- Heat oil in a large skillet. Add onion and garlic and cook until golden brown.
- Stir cauliflower and parsley into skillet. Remove from heat.
- Drain pasta, and combine with onion and cauliflower mixture in a large bowl.
- Top with cheese and serve.

Try using whole wheat pasta.
