Pasta and Cauliflower

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Cook pasta according to directions on box.
  2. Meanwhile, cook cauliflower in boiling water until tender, then drain.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add onion and garlic and cook until golden brown.
  4. Stir cauliflower and parsley into skillet. Remove from heat.
  5. Drain pasta, and combine with onion and cauliflower mixture in a large bowl.
  6. Top with cheese and serve.
Recipe Notes

Try using whole wheat pasta.
