Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk oil, vinegar, juice, salt, and pepper well.
  2. In a medium bowl, toss all ingredients except spinach and vinaigrette.
  3. Serve on individual plates by nesting strawberry, white bean and edamame mix atop spinach.
  4. Drizzle with dressing.
