Potato Latkes

Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, grated
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- 2 teaspoons flour
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together except the oil.
- Pour oil in a large frying pan and heat over medium.
- Drop potato mixture by tablespoonful into the oil to make little cakes.
- Fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve 2 latkes each.
