Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together except the oil.
  2. Pour oil in a large frying pan and heat over medium.
  3. Drop potato mixture by tablespoonful into the oil to make little cakes.
  4. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Serve 2 latkes each.
