Directions

  1. Melt 1 tablespoon of margarine in a skillet.
  2. Remove from heat, spread half of potatoes in skillet.
  3. Cover with onions. Sprinkle with half of flour and pepper.
  4. Add remaining potato slices, flour and pepper.
  5. Cut 1 tablespoon of margarine into small pieces and place on top of potatoes.
  6. Pour milk over potato mixture and bring to boil over high heat.
  7. Reduce heat to medium low, cover, and cook until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
