Strawberry Shortcake

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 cup milk, low fat
- 1 quart strawberries, washed and sliced
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup plain yogurt, low fat
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425ºF.
- Mix flour, baking powder, oil, and milk together.
- Spoon tablespoons of mixture into an ungreased baking sheet, separated by 2 inches. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Set aside.
- In a bowl, mix berries and sugar.
- Cut biscuits in half and top with strawberries.
- Top with yogurt and enjoy!
