  1. In a saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and green pepper and saute until tender, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the hominy, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook, uncovered, over medium-low heat for 5-10 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
