Chickpea Dip
Chickpeas are a great source of fiber which helps with digestion and regularity. This dip is a twist on hummus, with the addition of yogurt for a protein-boost.

Ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup yogurt, low-fat, plain
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika, ground
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 15-ounce can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
Directions
- Put all ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
