Smart Salmon Tacos

Ingredients
- 1 15-ounce can salmon, drained
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 8 6 inch corn tortillas
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 cups lettuce, shredded
- 2 small tomatoes, diced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Toss salmon with spices and salsa.
- Place tortillas on sheet pans in a single layer. Portion cheese evenly over them.
- Place tortillas in the oven until warm and cheese has melted.
- Remove from oven. Divide the salmon mixture over the cheese.
- Top with lettuce and tomatoes and enjoy!
