Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons margarine, reduced fat
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons low fat milk
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup raisins
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
- Combine sugar and margarine into a large bowl. Beat until well blended.
- Add egg to sugar mixture and mix well.
- Add milk and applesauce into the sugar mixture and stir well.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add dry ingredients to the sugar mixture and mix until well blended.
- Add oats and raisins into the batter and fold.
- Drop dough by rounded teaspoon onto baking sheet and bake 10-13 minutes until lightly browned.
