Alaska Salmon Bake
This recipe features tart and salty flavors from mustard and sweet from honey to compliment the rich taste of salmon. Enjoy with a side of steamed or roasted vegetables and grains for a well-balanced meal.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 teaspoons honey
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 teaspoons parsley
- 4 4-ounce salmon steaks, thawed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 4 tablespoons lime juice
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- In a small bowl, mix together mustard, olive oil and honey. Set aside.
- In another bowl combine bread crumbs, walnuts and parsley.
- Season salmon steaks with salt and pepper. Place them on a lightly greased sheet or broiling pan.
- Brush each steak with mustard mixture.
- Pat breadcrumb mixture onto the top of each steak.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145°F for 15 seconds.
