Zucchini with Chopped Tomato

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 small onions, finely chopped
- 1 small zucchini, chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
Directions
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Add onions and saute until soft.
- Add zucchini and cook about 2 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and cook 3-5 minutes or until zucchini is tender.
- Serve and enjoy!
