Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Add onions and saute until soft.
  2. Add zucchini and cook about 2 minutes.
  3. Add tomatoes and cook 3-5 minutes or until zucchini is tender.
  4. Serve and enjoy!

This makes a great summer side dish.
