Oven French Toast

Ingredients
- Cooking Spray
- 8 slices whole wheat bread
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup low fat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- dash cinnamon
Directions
- Grease a 9x9x2-inch pan or a loaf pan.
- Cut bread into cubes and place into the prepared pan.
- In a medium bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt, vanilla and cinnamon together.
- Pour egg mixture over bread. Cover and refrigerate for 12 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake, covered, for 40 minutes or until an inserted thermometer reads 165°F for 15 seconds.
Recipe Tips
Top with banana or strawberry slices before serving.
For extra flavor, add the juice and zest from one orange to the egg mixture.
