Instructions
  1. Grease a 9x9x2-inch pan or a loaf pan.
  2. Cut bread into cubes and place into the prepared pan.
  3. In a medium bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt, vanilla and cinnamon together.
  4. Pour egg mixture over bread. Cover and refrigerate for 12 hours.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake, covered, for 40 minutes or until an inserted thermometer reads 165°F for 15 seconds.
Recipe Notes

Top with banana or strawberry slices before serving.

For extra flavor, add the juice and zest from one orange to the egg mixture.
