Ingredients
- 2 cups vegetables (any combination green or yellow beans, carrots, corn, mixed, etc.)
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian spice blend
- 1 tablespoon butter
Directions
- Drain vegetables, saving 2 tablespoons liquid.
- Cook onion, herbs, and garlic in the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat until onion is tender, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the vegetables and liquid.
- Cook and stir until heated through.
