Herbed Dip
If you enjoy a few servings of this dip, it makes a high protein snack! Enjoy with veggies or a whole wheat bread.

Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese, low-fat
- 1/4 cup yogurt, low-fat, plain
- 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon parsley, dried
- 1/4 teaspoon dill, dried
Directions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend thoroughly.
- Pour the mixture into a clean container.
- Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Recipe Tips
Serve with favorite cut vegetables such as bell pepper slices, broccoli, cauliflower or carrots.
For a chunkier consistency, combine ingredients with a spoon instead of in the blender.
