Directions

  1. Brown meat in a large skillet over medium high heat. Drain fat.
  2. Add soup and 1 can of water to fry pan. Add vegetables.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer, covered, about 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  4. Remove from heat, cover for 10 minutes to thicken.

Use tomato sauce in place of tomato soup.
