Directions

  1. Boil the water in a large pan and add collard greens. Cover and cook 4 minutes.
  2. Uncover and cook until water evaporates, about 3 minutes.
  3. Heat the oil in a heavy skillet, add garlic, chili pepper, and cook for 1 minutes.
  4. Add the garlic mixture to the collard greens and cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and enjoy!

Recipe Tips

You can use other leafy greens such as kale or chard.
