Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
  2. Combine vegetables in a baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle with oregano and coat in tomato sauce.
  4. Cover dish with foil and bake for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Remove pan from oven and remove foil. Sprinkle with cheese and bake uncovered for another 4-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
