Ingredients
- 2 #10 cans beans (pinto or navy)
- 1 quart diced onions
- 1 cup molasses
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons dry mustard
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup tomato paste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Add beans to a 4" pan.
- In a large bowl, combine all other ingredients. Blend well.
- Pour the mixture into the beans, and stir to combine. Cover the pan.
- Bake for 2 hours. Remove cover the last 30 minutes of cooking to brown beans.
- Heat to 165°F for 15 seconds.
