Baked Apples

Ingredients
- 2 medium apples
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cut apples in half lengthwise. Remove seeds and core.
- Place apple halves, cut side up, in a baking dish. Pour water around apples.
- Evenly sprinkle brown sugar over apples.
- Cover and bake for 25-30 minutes or until apples are tender. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
Recipe Tips
You can make this in the microwave. Prepare apples in a microwave-safe container, and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.
If you'd like, top apples with a few raisins before cooking.
