Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Pour apricots into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  3. Mix the flour, applesauce, shortening, egg, salt and baking powder in a bowl until combined.
  4. Sprinkle the topping over the apricots.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes.
