Ingredients
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 1/4 cup oil
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- salt
- ground black pepper
Directions
- Combine apple juice, oil, vinegar, lemon juice, and sugar in a small bowl or jar. Whisk with a fork until blended.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
