  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon together in a mixing bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl beat eggs, sugar, and oil until smooth.
  4. Add dry ingredients and apples to egg mixture.
  5. Add applesauce and mix all ingredients until blended.
  6. Pour batter into loaf pan lightly coated with vegetable spray.
  7. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean.

Recipe Tips

You can use pears in place of apples in this recipe.
