Italian Style Garden Vegetables

Ingredients
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 small summer squash, chopped
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 8 ounce can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
- Combine vegetables in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle with oregano and coat in tomato sauce.
- Cover dish with foil and bake for 20-30 minutes.
- Remove pan from oven and remove foil. Sprinkle with cheese and bake uncovered for another 4-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
