Ingredients
- 4 each jalapeno peppers
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 15-ounce can tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Directions
- Steam peppers in water until soft. Cool.
- Put peppers, tomatoes, and salt into a blender for about 10 seconds.
- Add chopped onion to mixture and top with cilantro.
