Directions

  1. Wash potatoes and put in a large pan. Cover with water and boil for 15-20 minutes until tender.
  2. Drain potatoes and cut into quarters.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine potatoes, and scallions. Cover to keep warm.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine oil, vinegar, lemon juice and mustard. Mix in the dill weed and onion.
  5. Pour liquid mixture over the potatoes and mix until coated.
