Ingredients
- 2 medium apples, cored and chopped
- 1 banana, sliced
- 6 ounces yogurt, low-fat vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
Directions
- Mix yogurt, cinnamon, and orange juice in a medium bowl.
- Wash and chop the fruit and add to the yogurt mixture.
- Stir and serve.
