Spinach Casserole

Ingredients
- 3 10-ounce packages frozen spinach, thawed
- 2 cups non fat cottage cheese
- 3/4 cup egg substitute
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup butter
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together and pour into a slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on high for 1 hour. Reduce to low and cook for 2 more hours.
Recipe Tips
If you do not have a slow cooker, you can bake the casserole in the oven. Pour contents into a casserole dish and cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
