Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds potatoes
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Wash potatoes, cut lengthwise into thin strips.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a plastic bag.
- Put potatoes, one group at a time into the bag, seal, and shake to coat.
- Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake until crisp and golden, about 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
