Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Wash potatoes, cut lengthwise into thin strips.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients in a plastic bag.
  4. Put potatoes, one group at a time into the bag, seal, and shake to coat.
  5. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake until crisp and golden, about 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
