Pumpkin Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose-flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 15-ounce can pumpkin
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, whisk all the dry ingredients together.
- Combine pumpkin, sugar, and water in small bowl.
- Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Place batter into 24 muffin tins and bake for 10-12 minutes.
