Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk all the dry ingredients together.
  3. Combine pumpkin, sugar, and water in small bowl.
  4. Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Place batter into 24 muffin tins and bake for 10-12 minutes.
