				Ingredients
- 1 cup non fat milk
 - 1 tablespoon oil
 - 2 tablespoons water
 - 1 1/4 cup flour
 - 1 tablespoon baking powder
 - 1 tablespoon sugar
 
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix milk, oil and water together.
 - Combine remaining ingredients in a separate bowl.
 - Add milk mixture to the flour mixture, stirring until just moistened.
 - Drop 1/4 cup of batter onto a hot, lightly greased frying pan. Cook each side about 2-3 minutes until a golden color is reached on both.
 - Repeat until batter is gone.
 
Recipe Tips
Try adding fruit such as blueberries or banana slices to the batter.
