- 2 cups tomato juice
- 1 large cucumber, chopped
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
