Directions

  1. Add chicken to a medium-hot skillet. Add onon, carrot and celery mix and stir well.
  2. In a small bowl, combine oyster sauce and water. Pour over chicken mixture. Mix well.
  3. Add noodles and mix well.
  4. Cook until tender.

Recipe Tips

Instead of the vegetable mix, use 2 diced carrots, 1 diced onion and 2 stalks of diced celery.
