Fresh Corn Salsa
This is a great way to use frozen corn. Enjoy this recipe on a warm summer day with veggies or chips for dipping.

Ingredients
- 1 16-ounce package frozen corn, thawed and drained
- 1 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
