Citrus Broiled Salmon

Ingredients
- 1 pound (4 4-ounce) salmon steaks
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 2 medium lemons, cut into 1/4" round slices
- 1/4 cup green onion (scallions), sliced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Preheat broiler.
- Season salmon with salt.
- Broil salmon 10 minutes or until just done.
- Remove steaks and sprinkle with vinegar.
- Arrange lemon slices on top of the salmon and sprinkle with onions and pepper.
- Broil another minute or two or until an inserted thermometer reads 145°F for 15 seconds.
Recipe Tips
You can use orange slices in place of lemon for this recipe.
