Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook cauliflower for 7 minutes. It should still be slightly firm.
  2. Drain cauliflower and place it in a casserole dish.
  3. In a small bowl, combine butter, Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs and red pepper flakes.
  4. Pour the breadcrumb mixture over the cauliflower and stir to coat the florets.
  5. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
