Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease an 8x8 baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs until blended.
  3. Mix in the salt, pepper, milk, salmon, cheese, scallions, and garlic.
  4. Pour the mixture into the 8x8 pan and top with sliced tomatoes.
  5. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes or until set and lightly browned.
