  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease an 8×8 baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs until blended.
  3. Mix in the salt, pepper, milk, salmon, cheese, scallions, and garlic.
  4. Pour the mixture into the 8×8 pan and top with sliced tomatoes.
  5. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes or until set and lightly browned.
