Ingredients
- 1 15-ounce can vegetarian beans, low sodium
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons spicy mustard
- 2 teaspoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Directions
- In skillet, heat oil and cook onions, and green peppers until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add vegetarian beans.
- Add mustard, ketchup, and brown sugar; stir.
- Heat for 2 to 3 minutes on medium heat until heated through. Serve hot.
