Apple & Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 1 large apple
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 2 cups chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, cooked, diced
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt, low-fat
- 1/2 cup grapes, cut in half
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Cut apples in quarters; remove core and chop.
- In a medium size bowl, mix all ingredients.
