Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium apple, cored and diced
- 1/2 head cabbage, washed, cored and sliced thin
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 3 tablespoons water
Directions
- Heat oil in a large skillet. Add onion and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the cabbage and apple.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the vinegar and water.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
