Lemon Pepper Chicken and Veggies

Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 medium carrots, sliced
- 1 pound potatoes, cut into 1" cubes
- 1 pound chicken thighs, skin removed
- 2 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 14.5-ounce can chicken broth
Directions
- Coat a slow cooker lightly with cooking spray.
- Layer vegetables and chicken in slow cooker. Sprinkle with lemon pepper and add chicken broth.
- Cover and cook on low setting 8-10 hours or on high 4-5 hours.
Recipe Tips
Substitute lemon pepper seasoning with 1 teaspoon pepper and zest of one lemon.
