Instructions
  1. Coat a slow cooker lightly with cooking spray.
  2. Layer vegetables and chicken in slow cooker. Sprinkle with lemon pepper and add chicken broth.
  3. Cover and cook on low setting 8-10 hours or on high 4-5 hours.
Recipe Notes

Substitute lemon pepper seasoning with 1 teaspoon pepper and zest of one lemon.
