Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups non fat milk
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 large eggs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425ºF.
- In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients together.
- In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients together and then add to the dry ingredients. Mix well.
- Pour batter into greased loaf pan and bake for 30 minutes.
